So, here we are Day 2, so far so good, except for the fact that last night, I wanted some cookies and milk...ugh...no no no, I kept telling myself!! Eventually I fell asleep, woke up this morning still thinking of those cookies and milk! Maybe that will pass...or ...NOT?!
I was supposed to measure myself yesterday, because for those weeks where the weight loss inst so great, MAYBE just MAYBE the smaller measurement will make up?! I don't know we will see!! ANYWAY, didn't measure myself yesterday...will be doing that this morning, yesterday was a little hectic..too hectic for me...today is gonna be better! lol
So, last night, while making my decision for dinner [[Quizzno's]] I discovered my FAVORITE sub, was 31 points, YEA 31 points, HOLY COW[[I only had 9 points left for dinner :0(]] ...not only do I normally eat the WHOLE sub, soup, chips and a yummy drink hubby usually gets me.. I had a totally diff sub, but only HALF, a few chips and a bite or two of the soup, Lily had the rest! ;0)
Other than that, yesterday was pretty easy....hopeing today goes just as well!!

Portion Guidelines...
Here is an easy way to tell portions, using just your hand and fingers:
*Fist=1 cup or 1 medium whole fruit
*Thumb [tip to base]= 1 ounce of meat or cheese
*Thumb tip [tip to first joint]= 1 TBSP
*Fingertip [tip to first joint]= 1 TSP
*Index Finger [first to second joint]= 1 inch
*Cupped Hand= 1-2 ounces of nuts or pretzels
*Palm [minus fingers]= 3 ounces of cooked meat, poultry or fish
